Relocation of water department and other facilities to a centralized riverfront location. This is an addition to the Jamestown Board of Public Utilities offices that were also done by Harrington Sandberg Architects. The new space is 20,000 s.f. and it includes a truck maintenance facility on the lower level plus administrative and maintenance offices on the upper level.
