Study

This project was created for the marketing of a former industrial site being repurposed for light industry and commercial office space for the developers of the site. Approximately 50% of the complex has been demolished and resulting in open site fronts on the Chadakoin River. Renderings represent proposed site/streetscape and the relationship to the river.
