Modern, Clean and Airy 

This modern lake home was designed around the clients vision to have sweeping views of the lake and bring outside environment in doors while maintaining a secluded road facing entry. The one-story, two bedroom, two bathroom house uses less energy and conserves resources with a complete LED lighting system, high efficiency hot water on demand boiler system as well as radiant floor heating. 

The interior is finished with Spanish porcelain floor tile, a backlit floor to ceiling fireplace feature, 8 foot tall pocket doors and a long serving island for large gatherings. The dramatic ceiling plane rises from the front door up to 14 feet which gently guides you attention to the surrounding beauty outside.
