A Brand New Start

This project involved demolishing an existing two story house and designing a new two story house to be constructed on the existing basement foundation/1st floor framing. The new house contains an open-plan living, dining and kitchen with 2nd floor laundry and ½ bath with a wrap-around 3 sided porch. On the 2nd floor, a full bath and 2 bedrooms with smaller porch off the master bedroom suite.
