Cottage By The Lake Expands

The client asked for an enhanced cottage experience through the addition of a 2nd floor loft space. The challenge was to add 4 more sleeping areas to the cottage without expanding the footprint of the building. The solution included a revised bathroom layout on the first floor, relocated laundry area, new stair case, Master Bedroom and Bath upstairs with a separate guest room that sleeps 3.
