A new facade, by the old rules.

Randolph Retail sits in the Downtown Randolph Historic District. The building received a facade restoration that followed the historic guidelines set out by the State Historic Preservation Office, the state office that oversees historic buildings.

The project required research into how the building originally looked. The finished front has painted trim along the top of the wall under a peaked crown, gold scrollwork over the second floor windows, and a storefront of tall display windows around a set back doorway.

The project received funding through the New York State Main Street Grant.
