A building ready before the company arrives.
The Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency asked the firm to design a building at Stoneman Park in Lakewood.
It was built before any tenant signed on. The idea was simple: when a company is looking for a place to set up, a finished building ready to move into makes Chautauqua County an easy choice.
The building has block walls in white and gray, a raised entry, and a curved canopy over the front doors.
